About
Sinziana Velicescu is a creative professional with over 10 years of experience as a curator and creative producer. Her curatorial work specializes in large-scale LED installations and immersive exhibitions, blending technical precision with artistic vision to bring innovative projects to life for global audiences.
As Senior Creative Producer at StandardVision, Velicescu launched LA's first digital billboard public art program, expanding it to a citywide network of 10 LED billboards, and consulted on the development of Luma Canvas, a high-end display built for showing digital art. She brokered placements of work from LACMA, The Getty, MOCA, and The Broad onto public screens.
As Founder and Director of Vellum LA, Velicescu launched LA's first blockchain-backed digital art gallery, producing over 20 exhibitions and hosting a roster spanning emerging and internationally established artists. Work shown through Vellum was later acquired by LACMA and Centre Pompidou.
